"Tastes great! More thick, and less creamy looking than the photo. I'd call this simply "Bean Dip". Feel free to call it just Black Bean Dip when there'll be anyone around who's afraid of "hummus". I used Asian Seasoned Rice Vinegar instead of Lemon Juice, and it still tastes just fantastic. I think regular vinegar (maybe not balsamic) would work f""
