“The pimiento cheese is awesome. I was eating it with a spoon before the burgers were even made. Not only that, but it was super easy. I didn't have white cheddar, so I just used 24 oz of yellow cheddar. Also, I used medium cheddar cheese instead of extra sharp because that's what I had on hand. “For the rub, I used regular chili powder, fennel seed, cumin, and a curry powder that already had turmeric and coriander in it. I would recommend to be very generous with the rub on the chicken.
