"Made this for brunch after thanksgiving. I used leftover yeast roles for the bread. It came out great and everyone loved it. Making it again for big family brunch tomorrow. Was going to use French bread bit after reading the reviews I'm thinking challah would be better since its more dense, I can see the French bread getting to soggy"

Reviewed Chicken or Steak with Balsamic BBQ Sauce

"This sauce is great for something different. I have made it several times for BBQ (grilled chicken for parties. Now I do tweak it a touch. I throw in a dried and smoked pepper for some mild heat and smokieness. Then as with all my BBQ sauces I stir them a handful of rosemary. As others said it doesn't taste the same alone but when added to meat it's AMAZING. Also when grilling dont start to baste the chicken (bonein until it's almost done to avoid burning the sauce. I baste and turn a few times toward the end of cooking to get it coated really well. It's great with some creamy polenta and grilled veggies!!"
