"So disappointed! I usually love Paula's recipes, but this was terrible. It was like eating dried out leftovers. There was absolutely no juice in the roast all the way through. It was well done on the ends and the very center was barely pink. Although I rubbed it heavily with the spice mixture it needed salt. I even shortened the reheat time!""
