About Me
Hi, I'm Susan, a novice baker. I've used Food Network for years for recipes, but I've never bothered to make an account until now. Hopefully I can keep track of the recipes that really worked!
I'm an awful cook, but I love baking. Recently, I've been baking more and more. Seeing other people happy when they eat my food is the best reward for my toils.
My favorite recipe so far has to be the one for pate a choux by Alton Brown (who is also my favorite baker here on FN).
My dream is to make scalloped potatoes with cream... and checkerboard cookies. But I recently bought a bread machine, so I guess we'll be seeing more bread around here soon!
