"This dish was just okay. I agree with some of the previous reviews that said the glaze was too strong. I followed the directions exactly and the glaze overpowered the whole dish. I did like the flavor mix of maple syrup, vinegar, garlic and dijon. I might add olive oil to those ingredients and try it as a dressing with cold salmon on mixed greens. "

1/Let it sit at least overnight and the flavors really come through. 2/Add raisins or cranberries for a hint of sweetness, it makes all the difference."

"Made this for company and it was a hit! Served it with warm Pitas as suggested and Rachels greek salad. Two hints: 1/drain the cucmber for the dipping sauce. 2/try using the tubes of pre minced garlic found in the produce section. Its super creamy and blends well. Thanks Rachel!
