Very tasty. I disobeyed instructions and DID make changes. I used ground moose meat because I had some that had been sitting in my freezer for months and I needed to do something with it. I also did not use lard and instead used butter since I never cook with lard so I didn't have any on hand and didn't want to purchase just for this one time....
