About Me

Food to me...soothes my soul. Smells, textures and tastes can make memories come to surface in a wave of emotion. I enjoy and always use fresh ingredients, organic, cage free...the whole bit...and I especially enjoy harvesting items straight from my garden. I have a wonderful husband, Brian, and beautiful daughter Sophia. I feel probably just as strong about cooking for my husband, as Ina does...if I don't someone else will...and we can't have that. I work full time...and am very tired because of it...somehow though cooking...is almost rehabilitating!!
