"These were at least GREAT! Moist and fluffy ( but not cakey) in the inside, golden and sugary from the outside.
For those who don't have cake flour, and prefer cup measurments, substitute this for the flour in the recipe: 2 cups AP flour + 6 TBS. cornflour ( corn starch) mix and sift before using.""
