Delicious!!! In hindsight I would have added more garlic (because I love garlic and found the taste a bit subtle for my liking). I didn't have a lemon on hand, but they still tasted incredible! I also halved the recipe and cooked them in a glass baking dish. Worked perfectly. Will definitely be making these again and often!"

Got great reviews from my family! Quite spicy - even without the 'Essence' topping - but I like spicy food. I didn't have serrano peppers, so I used 2 jalapeno peppers and that was perfect. This was good, but agree with most reviews that it could be altered a bit to make it a 5-star instant snack. I followed the recipe to a 'T' and it came out veryy sponge-y and a bit. .bitter? Awesome! The sauce was wayyy too runny though (after I made it, I see many other people noted this. Next time I will either use half the chicken stock/broth, but more specifically, simmer the tomato mixture for 1/2 hour before adding the cream. That sounds like the key to making the sauce texture thicker. Otherwise, very yummy!"
