Reviewed Baked Zucchini
"SO simple, quick and easy, and of course quite tasty! Next time I will skip the salt, since I used seasoned Panko, which already contains salt, and parmesan is salty. What a great way to serve zucchini when it can otherwise be blah and boring. ""
Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese
"This is wonderful! As someone else pointed out, use only the best cheddar, and the sharper the better; otherwise, it may not be the flavor you look for in mac n cheese. I used the regular store brand, already shredded, the first time. It turned out great, but not as awesome as the second time. The second time was worlds better when I splurged on higher quality block cheese that I shredded fresh. For those who are a little unsure, please watch the video; there are a few extra tips in there and he shows how to temper in the egg -- a very important detail. For those who are not familiar with "powdered" mustard, look in the spice aisle for "ground" mustard. I recommend making it exactly as written the first time; not fair to rate a recipe down if you're not following the recipe as written and then don't like your result. I tried some onion powder the second time instead of onions.
THANK YOU again, Alton, for another winner! This one's going in my regular rotation of side dishes!"

Reviewed Squash Casserole
"Finally, a way for me to eat squash! I was never a big fan until now. This is a great recipe. The whole family loves this; I have already made it several times and just found this recipe recently. I have even made it without the sour cream because I just didn't have any on hand, and it still comes out delicious! Thank you Paula!!
