Love this recipe. I have to admit I added a little cream to it though. I'm sure it doesn't need it, but it was gooood! I made it as a side dish for braciole. "

Very flavorful recipe. The vinegar gives a real tang to the beef. I had leftover beef and used it for shepherd's pie. I just make a batch of the beef mixture now and freeze it in containers."
