Reviewed Sweet Corn Mac 'n' Cheese
"Next time: sharper, more flavorful cheese. Like the suggestions posted here, caramelized onions, half and half in the sauce as possible additions. I might just add some corn. I like the presentation in a skillet - looks great on a buffet table. I'll try this again, and keep tweaking until I get just what I want: a show stopper mac and cheese"
