"These cookies rock! I agree with the other posters on shortening the cook time. I baked them for 12/13 min. on a silpat but will try the 10 min. suggestion to avoid the overly crispy edges that I trimmed off. I also used chunks of dark chocolate instead of chips and it worked out fantastic. ""
