Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I'm so glad you put this online. I love roasted vegetables but never thought of doing this with brussel sprouts. I only had 10 - 12 brussel sprouts but I stirred them in a little olive oil and very generously sprinkled them with sea salt. Since their were only a few in the pan they browned really well -- absolutely fantastic! Thanks, again!""
