Reviewed Crash Hot Potatoes
"As soon as I saw Ree prepare these I was inspired to try them. We happened to have some leftover new potatoes that had been boiled with crawfish in seafood boil. I used them instead of the boiled yellow potatoes and they came out great. I loved the crispiness from the olive oil and baking! This was a wonderful alternative to just smashing them"
