"Came home on my lunch break to get this together so it would be ready when I got home. Oh my-was this the best EVER! I eliminated the bottom crust to save calories and just sprayed with canola oil, then put the filling in and topped with a pie crust. Endless possibilities with substitutions and additions. Reviewed Ty's Thai Salad
"AFter reading previous reviews I decided to add more salt and one serrano pepper and 3 clementines to give the salad more flavor. The recipe make A LOT so be prepared to use a giant bowl to mix it all up. My family liked it but I agree with one review that said it was a little oily. Maybe some red wine vinegar would help."
