I have never been a stuffing fan but this recipe has changed my mind. It was simple to assemble and had the most amazing flavors in it! I added some fresh spinach to give it some color. This is now our official stuffing recipe from this point on!

Easiest appetizer ever! Like other reviewers left the seeds in for extra kick and used panko crumbs. All the women at the party I had wanted to recipe. I might even add a little cayenne pepper next time.

Came home on my lunch break to get this together so it would be ready when I got home. Oh my-was this the best EVER! I eliminated the bottom crust to save calories and just sprayed with canola oil, then put the filling in and topped with a pie crust. Endless possibilities with substitutions and additions. AFter reading previous reviews I decided to add more salt and one serrano pepper and 3 clementines to give the salad more flavor. The recipe make A LOT so be prepared to use a giant bowl to mix it all up. My family liked it but I agree with one review that said it was a little oily. Maybe some red wine vinegar would help."
