Reviewed mini orange chocolate chunk cake

I made a double portion and baked them in four 6" diameter non-stick pans. I kept one cake for us, one for the in-laws, one for my mom, and one for the neighbors. Everybody loved it.. They turned out delicious!

The recipe is perfect.. except that the plums I used were too sour. Next time I'll look for sweeter plums. I was tempted to substitute one of those all-purpose flour cups for a cup of oats, but I didn't this time. I definitely will next time.
I'm not sure why it says "Level: Intermediate." This was one of the easiest things I've made!

I love these cupcakes! Although I didn't follow the recipe 100%.
I didn't fill the cupcake batter all the way to the rim. Instead I made them as instructed on the box and filled them 2/3. This gave me 24 cupcakes instead of 12.
The mascarpone cheese I bought had a bit of watery liquid on top, so I drained that away before using...
