My Activity

Reviewed Liquid Center Chocolate Torte

"Very easy and very sweet. I made my own ramekins out of foil by using a Peter Pan Peanut Butter plastic jar as a mold. I just covered the bottom with foil since it looked about right and used that as the ramekin. It worked out great. Also, when the cakes were ready, I just peeled the foil off instead of flipping it over to avoid a spill. I used Bacardi Coconut Rum since no bourbon was available and accidentally only used 2 full eggs instead of 3 and it still worked out great. Be sure to keep an eye on them to make sure the center does not set too much. Thanks Beau :)

Reviewed Hong Kong Style Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables

"WOW!!!! AWESOME!!!! I love to cook but have never tried to make Asian food before. This was easy to make and super tasty. To cut down on the prep time I started marinating the chicken the night before as well as cut up all the veggies. It really speeds up cooking time the next day. I also added sliced jalapenos becausethe spicier, the better. It does get a lot of dishes dirty like previous reviews said, but well worth it. You gotta try this one :)
