Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup with Chipotle Cream

"Let me begin by saying that I have never had butternut squash before. I bought one and searched for the perfect recipe to try. I'm not a big fan of sweet veggie recipes and most butternut recipes seemed to be sweet rather than savory. This was a perfect fit, I love spicy. This soup rocks! The chipotle cream is totally amazing, I can't wait to use it for multiple uses now that I've discovered this. I could care less if this is "authentic Mexican" cuisine, as seems to bother other folks, the simple fact is this is a wonderful, delicious soup. I added slightly more chipotle to mine, as I do indeed love things spicy. I'll be making this one again, it's lovely.
