Reviewed spaghetti alla carbonara

Um... yum! Used bacon, but probably only half a pack because I anally trim the fat. Used four enormous cloves of garlic. A full box of spaghetti. I added about a half cup of milk to three beaten eggs then tempered with 3/4 cup boiling past water before adding to pasta. Really creamy and decadent. My best carbonara ever!!!! Thanks Tyler!!!

I bake alot. This recipe seemed "off" to me a little. I followed direction to the T and still ended up with an extremely over-browned top and bottom and soupy middle.
