Reviewed Vegetable Stir-Fry
"I modified the ingredient list to use the vegetables I had on hand, so no squash, eggplant, sprouts, tofu, or broccoli. I did add carrots. I also just kind of used the ingredients and cooking time as a guide, so I didn't really measure. The flavor of this stirfry is fantastic. Next time I'll add meat. Thanks for a great recipe!""
I'm a mom that works full time. I sing in a band on the side, and I enjoy being out doors. My family inspires me to cook, nothing makes me happier than to see them enjoy the meals I prepare.
I have so many favorites, and mood or season can really affect my flavor pallet, but at the top of the list; barbequed ribs, lobster bisque, sauteed veggies...all kinds, loaded cheese steak sandwiches, roasted chicken, oven fries, garlic mashed potatoes, fresh steamed king crab legs with fresh drawn butter.... Better off asking me what I don't like.
