"I made this the 1st time and it was so easy and turned out great, that I made it a few days later to take to a party and got rave reviews. However, I doubled the amount of ginger and garlic, added more curry powder, and really tweaked the peanut sauce. If you make the peanut sauce according to the recipe, it pretty much tastes like peanut butte"
