Reviewed Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

"Chose to make this for Christmas Dinner...I purchased a 5 lb. boneless pork loin and applied the rub 2 days ahead; I have no idea if that affected the depth of flavor; just did it for the convenience factor. I did roast according to the directions with the exception of cooking it for only 20 minutes at 475 and 1 hour at 425...This dish was juicy and seasoned perfectly. My Mother thought it may be good with some sort of Mustard Sauce...I will definitely keep this one on file...Thanks PD...You Rock :-
