Reviewed Broccoli with Garlic and Soy Sauce

This recipe has a huge mistake. Olive oil boils at 570 degrees. You don't even deep fry that hot. The recipe is probably meant to say, "bring the oil up to ~220 degrees when the garlic begins to sizzle." Then take it off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes. Garlic is "brown and tender" after about 1 min of saute. Burned garlic is just yuck. Th"
