"followed the recipe all the way except having received a new weber grill for Christmas i had to use it! 16lbs took 3hrs. pulled it off the grill when the thermometer beeped at 161. wrapped it in foil and was at least 30 mins before i carved it. cant imagine better turkey!! will be doing again very soon. Used an oven bag with the brine. zip tied it""
