"This was an $$$$ recipe but worth every penny. I made a dubble batch for Christmas dinner. Everybody (but the kids) loved it. Had the oldest one (6 tell me it wasn't cheesy enought). I think he was looking more for vellvetta. This was a lot of fun to make and now that I know how easy it is to make the carbonara we will be having it a lot more often. thank you Bobby this one is a new Christmas tradition
