Very good!! Super crispy just like the restaurants! The only thing i did wrong was I forgot the mozzarella in the freezer too long and the outside was perfect but the middle was still a little frozen, so I threw them back in the oil and that made it made it too dry :-( but next time I'll only freeze them about 10 minutes.
