Reviewed Deep-Fried Bocconcini with Spicy Tomato and Garlic Chutney
"Very good!! Super crispy just like the restaurants! The only thing i did wrong was I forgot the mozzarella in the freezer too long and the outside was perfect but the middle was still a little frozen, so I threw them back in the oil and that made it made it too dry :-( but next time I'll only freeze them about 10 minutes.
Reviewed Penne with Braised Short Ribs
"Soooo soooo yummy! Everything I've tried from Giada has been so good so far. I've been married a year now and I'm very new to cooking but her recipes are so easy to follow. This dish was very tasty as is, its good for a light take on pasta, but next time I'm going to use only the shredded short ribs on a sandwich with all that yummy sauce with some melted swiss! Can't wait!
