Reviewed Prosciutto and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken with Orange Beurre Blanc Sauce

Oct 18, 2013 on

Mehhhhhhh...not so much. Let me start by saying I have made Beurre Blanc Sauce MANY times, it needed something else, not sure what...but it tasted like orange sherbert melted over my chicken. And the chicken was bland. I added garlic to the tops of the chicken before putting it in the oven, and I also stuffed fresh basil in the chicken...that added...

Easy, fresh, and delicious! I omitted the mushrooms because my fiance hates them. Also, I added carrots, parsley, cashews, a few splashes of sriracha sauce and a little but of honey. The sriracha kind of made the dish because we like a bit of spice. Thanks again Rachel!!!! "

Rachel you are just...the best.

Used this recipe this week and it was incredible. I cant believe I managed to keep pork chops moist. The apple sauce was what MADE this dish. It was incredible. Followed the recipe step by step, didn't change a thing and I never will! The glaze is a must. So much flavor! Definitely going to add this...

I was a little nervous about the dressing, I kept taste testing it and it just seemed too sweet, but I trusted Rachel and YUMMMMM -- so glad I did!. As soon as it was added with the chicken, pecan deliciousness it was absolutely perfect. The only "change" I made was I didn't add the radishes. I knew my fiance wouldn't eat them. He raved about this"

AMAZING! My fiance's favorite thing to eat...ever! I've made it dozens of times. Total crowd pleaser too. I always use chardonnay in the sauce, I don't like cooking wine...but it might work. Also, panko bread crumbs make the chicken extra crunchy :)

Thanks Rachel!!!!!!"

YUMMMMMMMM!!!!!! -- the only change I made was that I added about a teaspoon more marmalade to the sauce, and that was just for my personal taste preference. I thought that the shreds or orange in the sauce would gross out my picky fiance but he ate about...4 pieces of chicken. Loved the arugula too...perfected the dish and made it look so pretty "
