Reviewed Parker's Beef Stew
"Pass... but largely fail. Thanks to Florenciavaldes for the heads-up about the wine. She's right! I only used 1/4 the wine mixed with some Worcestershire sauce to marinate. It was just right. One more drop and it would have been too winey. Skip the sundried tomatoes. Also, sauteeing the beef made it RIDICULOUSLY dry. Next time, I'll just chuck the""
