My boys and I love peanut butter! I only use Jif reduced fat peanut butter because it is like the PB I grew up on in the 70';s, before they made it more spreadable by adding more oil. I think it is the "peanutiest" of the major brands too.

O.K! First off, this recipe is too good! I set it out after cooking, and my two adult sons devoured the whole dish. I got nothing! It looked really good. It smelled really good. I did taste the filling as I made it and I thought this would be scrumptious when done.... I will have to try again when they aren';t at home.

Made as directed tonight. Agree that the marinade could use some heat, if you like that. Was spot on for tasty chicken. I will add some cayenne next time to bump up the spice a little.
