I love Aarti's recipes. The first time I haven't messed up Indian food is with her recipes. I have made this three times. Twice with the red masoor daal and once with the green. Turned out great each time. Simple and can be eaten with rice or naan or pita bread. I have had it as a soup with veggies on the side. "
