About Me
I am a woman, wife, mother to 6 charming grown children, 13 delightful grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren....and they are. Former accountant, computer geek and current real estate agent....starving but still having fun.
Everyone in the family loves to cook and we even have a professional or two chefs (my grandmother + one of my grandsons) mixed in to guide our cooking skills whether we want it or not. Fortunately I have been very athletic most of my life so can prepare and eat these great recipes from Emeril often.
