Amazing. I really didn't think they would be tender. I cooked at 500 for 1 1/2 hrs and they were almost too done. Next time, I'll cut cooking time by 10-15. Actually in the video Bobby says 1hr 20 minutes. My 13 yr old who loves traditional bbq sauce blew me away when he said he really liked the sauce (glaze) on the ribs!!

Outstanding! Not sure about the taste with creme fraiche, but made it with sour cream and the whole thing was devoured. Made the brocolli and did some roasted potatoes, which we dipped into the remaining sauce. Wow, really good."

Incredible flavor. Absolutely the best wings. They are asked for again and again. Take time to find the right ingredients.
