Reviewed Mexican Beef Stew

"This is a fantastic make-ahead (or eat right away recipe. As a personal preference, I did cut the amount of cinnamon in half, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. The peppers and cocoa powder added a beautiful, warm flavor, and the meat was tender and delicious. I served it with a side of beans and charred tortillas. When it was over, hubby licked the bowl, no joke! Don't forget the splash of lime before serving, it takes it over the top. Also, as a make-ahead, I was really pleased to see little to almost NO FAT on top of the stew the next day - a very healthy dish!"
