"Maybe a typo? I watched this being done, and I now, don't remember how much salt. There is one other recipe, the lemon arugula pasta that was way too much salt. Maybe she likes things salty. But, if that is the ONLY issue, then just use less. And no matter what recipe you follow, always salt less, you can always ADD more.
