Amazing!!! I had no idea curry paste, could have such a different flavor from regular curry powder, that I have always used. I will never buy powder again!!! I added fresh basil at the end, and I diced fresh tomatoes, squeezed lime juice over them, and added them and toasted almonds to each bowl upon serving. My family LOVED it!!!""

Maybe a typo? I watched this being done, and I now, don't remember how much salt. There is one other recipe, the lemon arugula pasta that was way too much salt. Maybe she likes things salty. But, if that is the ONLY issue, then just use less. And no matter what recipe you follow, always salt less, you can always ADD more.

Three for flavor, but as the others said, it is NOT easy. I make caramel|sauce all the time, this was THE most difficult part to do. The recipes I use, use water, and she mentioned she does as well, but not the gal that wrote the recipe, took forever to really melt, adding cream just hardened it, and it took forever to dissolve, and then didn't "
