Reviewed Couscous-Stuffed Peppers with Basil Sauce

Dudes... so good. I did craisins instead of currants as well and did sour cream instead of creme fraiche just because that was easier.... my father in law (who has got to be the most picky eater ever) said it was the "best food he'd ever eaten!!" WOW. So worth a try just from that statement alone:) Very refreshing dish.
