My brother in law always raves about this place so my husband and I finally drove down one Saturday morning and waited our two hours in line and I have to admit that it is hands down the best bbq I have ever ate and it was well worth the wait!"

Amazing- this is a stand out recipe. I followed another review's suggestion and turned the meat every 15 minutes. My meat weighed 3.25 lbs and the liquid was perfect and only needed to reduce a couple minutes at the end. I served over rosemary asiago polenta with green beans. Will definitely make again!!"
