My Activity

Reviewed Chicken Kiev

"Chicken Kiev? Without ham and cheese? Sacrilege! Go easy on the tarragon and add a slice of ham and baby Swiss when you roll it up. Definitely worth it. ""

Reviewed Soy Glazed Green Beans

"Umm. The recipe calls to trim the ends, but the picture shows the ends on. Also The picture is shiny without a hint of brown from the soy sauce. Methinks the photographer used a bit of "artistic license"... I am making these now with an onion added. It sounds yummy.

Done making and eating it. Add a sweet onion like I did. These are great.

Reviewed Asian Chicken Burgers

"auntiemare_11225871, blAine, MN, on March 08, 2011: I am not sure what you are talking about auntie (and it's Blaine, MN). I had everything in my pantry. Did you even make this before you gave it 1 star? (I live in Lino Lakes - right next to Blaine) If you don't have these ingredients in your pantry perhaps you should be on the "Better Homes and Gardens" site?"

Reviewed Neelys Egg Benedict on a Pork Croquette

"I usually don't care for the Nealy's recipes, but I found this one interesting. I used the Hollandaise and the fried egg theme, toasted English muffins and used smoked salmon (the way I usually eat eggs benedict), and it was good. a simple way to make a great breakfast.
