"This was my first attempt at making a cheesecake from scratch. The recipe was easy to follow. Tyler's cheesecake was a hit with my family. It tasted wonderful! I can't believe I made it. The only concern I had was if it cooked long enough. After leaving it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours I figured it was ready. When slicing into it the very middle was very flimsy. Toward the crust it was a little more firm. Not sure if I should have cooked it longer or is that the way the cheesecake is supposed to come out. It was a little creamier than I expected. I thought it would be more firm...Any hints or recommendations would be welcome. I would like to make it again for Xmas. :
