Reviewed Seared Strip Steaks with North African-Spiced Butter

This recipe almost tastes exactly like Max & Erma's Larado Steak. I absolutely LOVED this recipe. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE use a cast iron grill pan for the steaks... not just a regular saute pan. Also, I didn't cook them as long as the recipe calls for. The butter is AMAZING. I dipped my fries in it as well :)"

Reviewed Olive Oil Oven Fries

These fries were really good. However, they were not very garlicky. At least not as much as I like them. Eight cloves seems like a lot but the flavor doesn't really come out that strong. I will probably coat them in garlic paste as well as chopped cloves next time I make them. "

Reviewed Simple Green Bean Salad with Lemon Dressing

This salad would make a great side dish for a summer cookout! My husband and I both loved it! No need to add anchovies though because you can barely taste them anyways. Also, I couldn't find cured black olives so I just added regular canned ones. Next time I will try calamata olives with this recipe!"

My family and I absolutely love this recipe! It has definitely become a family tradition for Halloween. It is the cutest cheese ball and it tastes amazing too. Will continue to make this for EVERY Halloween :)
