Reviewed Chicken and Smoked Sausage Gumbo with White Rice

This is a good, basic recipe - the roux combo is off, though, making the gumbo really thick! I gave it a shot, though, and it was fine. Next time we'll do a more traditional 1-to-1 ratio for the oil and flour. Recommended! ""
