"This is a family favorite! Did a couple things different: used thighs and drums, seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder before flouring. Also added sliced black olives at the end and used a little more salt and pepper than what was called for. Made this for a large birthday party so doubled the recipe and served over spaghetti"
Reviewed Dad's Meatloaf with Tomato Relish
"Loved this recipe! For the relish, I didn't use the bay leaves and opted for orange bell peppers instead of red (orange was cheaper). Instead of thyme in the meat, I used Italian Seasoning. The bacon on top was the ultimate touch. Will make this again soon."
