"This was a quick and delicious dish, which honestly surprised me. It has a great flavor on it own, but could easily take on a little more. I think I might add capers or sun-dried tomatoes next time, for a little more zing. "
About Me
I have the biggest sweet tooth in the world, which I probably get that from my mom. I have an incredible and beautiful wife, who is the best cook I know (love you, Mom!). I am obsessed with cars, but cooking is a much more affordable hobby.

My favorite foods: my wife's spaghetti and meatballs & my mom's fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy
I enjoy baking, especially eating and kneading the dough. A true labor of love.
