Reviewed Chorizo and Polenta Lasagna

This was an excellent combination of flavors. Not only was it great the day my daughter and I made it but it was even better as a leftover after the flavors had a chance to meld really well together. I had never eaten Swiss Chard so I was pleasantly surprised. I would also substitute with Kale or baby spinach just to make it different."
