Tender! I have cooked roast for years in many methods. This was by far the easiest and most tender. Delicious. The vinegar was such an easy, flavorful touch. Reviewed 30 Minute Shepherd's Pie

I've made this for years now and love it. My partner won't order shepard's pie in restaurants now b/c she is always disappointed that it is not as good as this one. I add extra worscestershire. I never use the lamb b/c it is bland and dry. I use ground beef or ground turkey.
