I made this for a grown-up Sunday Supper for friends and everyone raved about it. The cheese did get a bit expensive but well worth it. I think next time instead of nutmeg I will use truffle oil... yum!

This recipe feeds a very hungry family of 8. I usually freeze half of this recipe for nights when I do not feel like cooking. I have also made with sweet sausage for guests coming in for the night with kids. Very good comfort food!

I made this dish a few years ago when I discoverd brussels sprouts weren't as bad as I remembered as a kid. I took this to my boyfriend's family Thanksgiving and they request it every year. So YUMMY! It is a good recipe to get people to try sprouts. PERFECTION!

I made this recipe for a Spanish/Mexican/Halloween themed supper club and it turned out AMAZING! I halved the recipe and it was perfect for 15 ladies, we all brought a dish. Everyone loved it and requested the recipe. I did use 2 10oz cans of Rotel in place of the 14oz can of tomatos and chiles. (1 original & 1 mild) It was perfect. Not too spicy...
