Reviewed Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese
"I should give 5 stars for taste but after following exact directions, my mac n cheese curdled! That was the only disappointment. How bad can it be when all of it was eaten with little kids going back for seconds! I'm wondering if my slow cooker, like some folks ovens, is a bit hotter?? Will definitely do this again but may try oven method next"
About Me
Always cooking too much for just the two of us but secretly may be cooking too much in order to share with family members and some terrific neighbors. Our garden produces enough veggies for hubby to share with co-workers.
I love trying new dishes but my southern heart relies on those dishes passed down from a loving grandmother so I can teach my own grandbabies how to cook. Seems all of them have a love of stirring things up in the kitchen and I love watggching them create their own little masterpiece.
