Reviewed Sage Potatoes Au Gratin

It came out great. Be careful with a mandolin, I cut my finger really bad. I might have cut the potatoes too thin because it took 1/2 lb of potatoes is all I needed for 3 layers. So I used less cream. I also did not have the recipe at store so I thought you said Asiago cheese. It came out great. Next time I am trying half and half.

Saw the Show. Cooked on Sunday. Since I was in a rush I used Glory Greens already Cleaned and chopped but it had steams so I had to cook longer. Also trying to be healthy I used smoked turkey parts for the hamhock. Greens came out great but in my family we always add a little sugar and two peppers from some vinegar pepper sauce.
