Reviewed Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

"Wow, these are delicious...they are better than PB cookies with flour. So very very good and easy to make. You WILL want to double the batch though. "

Reviewed Sweet and Spiced Pecans

"I used dark corn syrup because I didn't have agave syrup and these turned out so delicious. I'm having a card party tomorrow afternoon and can't wait until the ladies taste these. I did only use one teaspoon of black pepper and it is quite enough. If you like things really spicy then you could use 2 tsp. "

Reviewed Oven-Baked Penne with Eggplant: Penne al Forno con Melanzane

Reviewed Orange Brownies

"Don't waste your time on this recipe. I made these for a party and I had much left over and threw it out. As another reviewer said, the batter was so thick I thought there must have been a mistake, so I added a couple of tablespoons of milk. Even so the batter was thick and the resultant cake was dry. I couldn't figure out why the batter was so dry..no milk, no water and I wasted 2 sticks of real butter on this. No one had seconds on this cake and not many people finished their piece and I can't blame them. The only reason it got 1 stars is because of the orange taste. Just wish this had worked out. The frosting was WAY too sweet. There are just too many good things out there to bake that I wouldn't waste my time on this recipe. Just add orange flavor to your regular chocolate brownie recipe if you want orange taste.
