Reviewed Neely's Jumbo Coconut Shrimp

"Made your coconut shrimp recipe and I must say that it's da bomb!!! I was a little skeptical of the sauce, but it turned out excellent and taste very good. I added a little kick to the shrimp by adding season salt instead of regular salt and pepper. Never used panko bread crumbs before and it turned out great adding that little extra crunch as opposed to regular all purpose flour. The peanut oil is a little more expensive than regular vegetable oil (well, a lot more expensive put it's great for flavor. I plan on making this coconut shrimp recipe for a Super Bowl party I'm planning to attend in a couple of weeks. Terrific recipe. Y'all done it once again!!!
